How we handle your information.
In short
- We keep what you send us through a form or an email, and we use it to respond to your request.
- If you fill out a lead form on a Facebook or Instagram ad we run, we pass your details to the business the ad was for so it can follow up, and we may follow up ourselves.
- We use standard analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand site traffic and measure ads. We do not sell personal information.
- Our campaigns target areas and audiences through the advertising platforms' own tools. We do not collect personal information about people inside a campaign area.
What we collect
Information you give us
Plan requests and contact forms. When you request a plan on revfirma.com or one of our zone pages (for example tulsa.revfirma.com or okc.revfirma.com), we collect what you enter: your name, your business, your work email, your goal, the zone you are interested in, and anything you write in a notes field. The same applies to email you send us.
Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. When you submit a lead form on an ad we run, Meta sends us the information you entered, typically your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the form's questions. See Facebook and Instagram lead forms below.
Forms on client pages we host. We build and host landing pages for client businesses (for example quote requests, bookings, and appointment requests). Information you submit on those pages goes to the business named on the page, and to us as the operator of the page, so the request can be delivered and measured.
Information collected automatically
Site analytics. We use Matomo to understand how our pages are used: pages viewed, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
Meta Pixel. Our website uses the Meta Pixel so that Meta can measure the results of our ads and show relevant ads to people who visited our site. Meta's use of this information is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
Cookies and similar technologies. Analytics and the Meta Pixel use cookies and similar technologies. You can control these in your browser; see Cookies and tracking.
Information from advertising platforms
The campaigns we run use the targeting and audience tools built into Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn. We receive aggregate delivery metrics from those platforms, such as impressions, reach, clicks, and spend. These metrics do not identify individuals, and we do not collect personal information about people who are inside a campaign area.
Audience lists provided by our customers
Some customers furnish a list of their own customers or employees so that campaigns can reach that audience. We process those lists on the customer's behalf under a data processing agreement, which can include sharing the list with the advertising platform to build the authorized audience. Customers must hold the appropriate rights and permissions for any list they provide. Lists are handled through onboarding, never through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, set up a plan review, and communicate with you about it.
- To deliver lead form submissions and client-page requests to the business they were meant for.
- To run, manage, measure, and report on advertising campaigns.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To detect spam and abuse, keep our systems secure, and keep records we need for billing and accounting.
- To comply with law and enforce our agreements.
Who we share it with
The business you asked about. Lead form submissions and requests made on a client's page are shared with that business so it can respond to you.
Service providers. We use providers that process information on our behalf, including Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and form processing), Resend (transactional email), Matomo (analytics), and Stripe (billing for our customers). Each is bound to use the information only to provide its service to us.
Advertising platforms. Campaigns run through Meta and LinkedIn under those platforms' terms. Customer-provided audience lists may be shared with a platform to build an authorized audience, as described above.
Legal and business. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
RevFirma runs advertising on behalf of client businesses from RevFirma's own advertising accounts and Page. When an ad includes a lead form and you submit it, you are sending your details to RevFirma and to the business named in the ad. Here is what that means:
- Meta transmits your form entries to us. We store them in our lead system and deliver them to the business the ad was for.
- That business, and RevFirma on its behalf, may contact you about your request by email, phone, or text using the details you provided.
- You can stop these communications at any time by replying to the message, or by emailing james@revfirma.com with the name of the business and the contact details you used.
- Meta's handling of your information before it reaches us is governed by Meta's privacy policy and the choices in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Cookies and tracking
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you refuse cookies from specific sites. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to use this site or submit a form.
To limit how Meta uses your activity for ads, use the ad preferences and activity controls in your Facebook and Instagram settings. To limit analytics tracking, block cookies from this site or use a content blocker.
Our pages link to other sites, including Meta, LinkedIn, and our clients' websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Retention
We keep form submissions and lead information for as long as we need them to handle your request, maintain a business relationship, and meet our record-keeping obligations. We keep analytics data in aggregate form. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email james@revfirma.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for exercising these choices. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, which you can exercise the same way.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. Continued use of our services after a change means the updated policy applies.
